Originally from London, England, Jackie later made her home in Dundalk, where she became a cherished presence known for her warmth, resilience, and deep devotion to those she loved. She lived a life grounded in strong family values, forming lasting bonds and creating meaningful memories with everyone around her. Jackie’s personality was defined by her kindness, her loyalty, and her ability to bring people together in both joyful and difficult times.
She is survived by her devoted partner and best friend, Ollie Hughes, whose companionship was a cornerstone of her life. Jackie was also a loving and proud mother to her daughter Kirsty and son Dean, always placing her children at the center of her world. She is further survived by her mother Bridie, stepfather Paul, brothers Jason, Shane, and Jodie, sisters Nicola and Chantel, as well as Ollie’s daughter Serena, her close friend Jennifer, and a wide circle of extended family, neighbors, and friends who will forever cherish her memory.

Funeral arrangements have been announced, with reposing at her home in Riverwell Close, Dundalk. Removal will take place on Monday morning to St. Joseph’s Church, Castletown, for Funeral Mass, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery. The family has kindly requested privacy on Monday morning.
